Lower House to Host Plenary Sessions on Thursday, Friday to Vote on 2025 Finance Bill
Morocco’s House of Representatives (lower house) will hold plenary sessions on Thursday and Friday to examine and vote on the Finance Bill 60.24 for the year 2025. The first plenary session, to be held on Thursday at 10 a.m., will be dedicated to the presentation of the Finance and Economic Development Commission report, as well as to the general discussion of the first part of the Finance Bill and the government’s response, a Lower House press release said. A second session will be held on the same day at 3 p.m. and will be devoted to the vote on the first part of the bill. According to the same source, a plenary session will also be held on Friday at 10 a.m. to present reports of the standing committees on sectoral budgets, as well as to examine and vote on the second part of the bill and the entire draft thereafter.
