Gov’t Head Represents HM the King at Funeral of King Harald V of Norway

Oslo – Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch represented on Wednesday in Oslo His Majesty King Mohammed VI at the funeral of King Harald of Norway.

His Majesty King Mohammed VI previously extended a message of condolences and compassion to the King of Norway, Haakon VIII, following the passing of King Harald V.

In this message, HM the King said He had learned with deep sorrow of the passing of King Harald V, who “worked untiringly to serve the Norwegian people, embodying the unity of the nation.”

His Majesty the King expressed, on His behalf and on behalf of the Royal Family and the Moroccan people, His heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy to HM King Haakon VIII, HM Queen Sonja, and their Royal Family, as well as to the Norwegian people.
