Morocco, Djibouti Discuss Strengthening Judicial Cooperation
Reinforcing judicial cooperation was at the center of talks, Monday in Rabat, between Minister of Justice, Abdellatif Ouahbi, and his counterpart from Djibouti, Ali Hassan Bahdon. The talks between the two parties focused on joint action plans to be implemented by the two ministries of Justice in the fields of justice and judicial administration, as well as the exchange of related experiences and best practices, a statement by the Ministry of Justice said. During this meeting, Bahdon and the delegation accompanying him have learned about Morocco’s experience in the field of justice reform, particularly in terms of legislation and laws, notes the statement, adding that the encounter was also an opportunity to examine ways to benefit from the Kingdom’s experience in the field of justice and digitization. The visit to Morocco by the delegation of Djibouti is part of the consecration of South-South cooperation and the consolidation of institutional partnership between Morocco and African countries, in favor of the creation of a regional dynamic favorable to the development of the continent.
