Defense by Morocco, under HM the king’s Leadership, of Palestinian Cause is Particularly Appreciated by Palestinian People and Leaders – Community Actor –

Morocco’s defense, under the leadership of HM King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, of the Palestinian cause and the rights of the Palestinian people to establish an independent state enjoys special appreciation on the part of the Palestinian people and leaders, stressed the Palestinian community actor, Ziyad Al-Jaabari. The Kingdom of Morocco has expressed clear and consistent positions of solidarity reaffirming the right of the Palestinians to establish an independent state with Al-Quds as its capital, in accordance with resolutions of international legitimacy, added Al-Jaabari, president of the Moroccan-Palestinian Friendship Association, based in Al Khalil. Morocco’s positions in international, continental and Arab fora are in harmony and firmly defend the right of the Palestinians to establish an independent state, he noted, praising the role of HM King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, in preserving the identity of the holy city and supporting the resistance of its inhabitants. In these difficult times for the Palestinian cause, “Moroccan support is illustrated by the position expressed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, and by humanitarian support for the populations of Gaza and Al-Quds”, he stressed. “We hope that Morocco’s efforts, alongside those of other peace-loving countries, will put an end to the repeated violations against the Palestinians and relaunch the peace process, in line with international benchmarks in this area, led by the two-state solution,” he concluded.
