The planning and development of the integrated project “Dakhla Gateway to Africa”, as well as the development of airports, port infrastructures and the High-Speed Train are structuring mega-projects which show the current momentum of Morocco-UAE relations. Another unique feature of this partnership is that the two countries are committed to exploring opportunities for strategic cooperation in food security, green hydrogen, electricity transport and maritime trade. Aiming to raise bilateral relations to an even more ambitious level, this Declaration lays the foundations of a global and balanced economic and investment cooperation model according to a pragmatic and concrete approach. The principles governing cooperation between the two brotherly countries are based on active solidarity and a resolute commitment to a win-win partnership that will give strong impetus to economic development and investment in both countries. Determined to bring this exceptional partnership to fruition, Morocco and the United Arab Emirates have agreed on financing methods, a key stage of any successful partnership momentum. They also agreed to develop implementation and monitoring mechanisms. The two countries are resolutely committed to giving new impetus to their relations and promoting the sustainability of their exceptional partnership to serve shared progress and prosperity.
