GCC Reaffirms Importance of Strategic Partnership with Morocco

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) highlighted the importance of the strategic partnership between its States and the Kingdom of Morocco, during the Morocco-GCC ministerial meeting, held Sunday in Riyadh, in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita.    Speaking on this occasion, President of the current session of the Council, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, underlined that the strategic partnership with Morocco is a source of pride for the GCC countries which aspire to further promote it, emphasizing the importance of strengthening this cooperation and setting it on a sustainable path.    This meeting, which was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, and Their Highnesses and Excellencies the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the GCC member countries, was the opportunity to strengthen the strong foundations of the strategic partnership between the two parties, in accordance with the Vision of HM King Mohammed VI and His brothers heads of State from the Gulf Cooperation Council.
