Joint Session on Occasion of French President’s Speech to Members of Parliament’s Two Houses on Tuesday
Parliament will hold a joint session on Tuesday on the occasion of the speech to be delivered to the members of the House of Representatives and the House of Councillors by President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron, who will pay a State visit to Morocco at the invitation of HM King Mohammed VI. “On the occasion of President of the French Republic Mr Emmanuel Macron’s State visit to Morocco, at the invitation of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the Speakers of the House of Representatives and the House of Councillors announce that a joint session will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the House of Representatives’ plenary hall, in accordance with the provisions of Article 68 of the Constitution, on the occasion of the speech to be delivered by the French Head of State”, a joint statement from the two Houses pointed out. Members of Parliament are kindly requested to attend this session, the statement concluded.
