Here follows a statement by the Ministry of the Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery: “The Ministry of the Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery announces that HM King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, has contracted a flu and for this reason, the personal physician of His Majesty the King has recommended to the Sovereign, may God preserve Him, to observe a period of rest and to avoid traveling for a few days. May God preserve His Majesty the King, perpetuate upon Him the blessings of health and grant Him long life”.
