Palestine’s FM Hails HM the King’s Role in Preserving Palestinian Presence in Al-Quds

Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Maliki praised, on Tuesday in Marrakech, HM King Mohammed VI’s role, in his capacity as President of the Al-Quds Committee, in preserving the Palestinian presence in this Arab, Christian, and Islamic city. During a joint press briefing with Moroccan peer Nasser Bourita, following their talks on the eve of the 6th Russian-Arab Cooperation Forum, Al-Malki highlighted the importance of the efforts made by the Palestinian Authority, Morocco, and Arab and Islamic countries to preserve the unique character of the city of Al-Quds. In this context, he expressed his thanks to Morocco for its constant commitment to the Palestinian cause, praising the Kingdom’s positions regarding the rights of the Palestinian people. “This is not unfamiliar to HM the King, the Moroccan people, and the Moroccan government,” he emphasized, expressing confidence in the Kingdom’s commitment to continue providing support and assistance to its brothers in Palestine and Palestinian leaders to overcome the current tragedy.
