Morocco-UAE: A Future-Oriented Multidimensional Partnership – Tunisian Expert
The declaration, titled “Towards an Innovative, Renewed and Rooted Partnership between the Kingdom of Morocco and the State of United Arab Emirates,” which was signed in Abu Dhabi by His Majesty King Mohammed VI and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, sets the stage for a multifaceted collaboration aimed at a more prosperous future for both nations, said Tunisian political analyst Mohamed Nejib Ouerghi. Ouerghi, in his statements to MAP, speaks of a strategic partnership with the goal of further strengthening the already exemplary bilateral cooperation. According to him, this confirms the high quality and depth of the friendly relations between Morocco and the United Arab Emirates. Given the significance of the sectors covered by this partnership, the memoranda of understanding signed during the Royal Visit to the United Arab Emirates are expected to solidify Morocco’s achievements across various fields. This aligns with the wise leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and lays the groundwork for comprehensive and sustained development in the Kingdom. The breadth and potential of these memoranda underscore the determination of the Heads of State of both countries to elevate the bilateral partnership to new heights. This aligns with the legitimate ambitions of Morocco and the United Arab Emirates, especially as the partnership spans numerous strategic sectors that drive accelerated growth, shared and sustainable development, and opportunities. They also reflect the Sovereign’s determined commitment to giving fresh momentum to major reform projects in the Kingdom, whether on the economic or social front, further emphasized Ouerghi.
