Rabat – A meeting was held, Friday at the headquarters of the Ministry of Interior, with representatives of local authorities, devoted to raising awareness of the importance of completing the vaccination scheme, especially the booster dose, for the fight against covid-19. The meeting was notably attended by head of government, Aziz Akhannouch, minister of Interior, Abdelouafi Laftit and minister of Health and Social Protection, Khalid Aït Taleb. This meeting was an opportunity to commend the success of the measures taken by the Moroccan authorities to stem the spread of the pandemic and to highlight the mobilization of representatives of local authorities to raise awareness of the importance of vaccination as the only solution to achieve herd immunity and gradually return to normal life.
